一 信託の登記
１ 法第９８条３項による権利の変更の登記及び法１０４条による信託の登記の抹消（仮訳）

委託者は、土地を銀行が受益者とする自己信託しました。
その後、受託者でもある委託者は、銀行と信託を終了することで合意しました。
信託財産に変更する登記をしたので、反対に固有の財産に変更する登記と信託の登記の抹消をしました、の登記。

受託者による信託の清算手続は、信託財産の全てを、これに関する一切の債権債務関係と共に、残余財産の帰属権利者に引き渡したときに終了する。
: The liquidation procedure in the trust by the trustee terminates when the trustee deliver over the all asset of the trust with all claim and obligation to the holder of vested right of the residual asset.
６、残余財産の帰属権利者 : The holder of vested right of the residual asset.
本信託の残余財産の帰属権利者は、終了時の受益者とする。
