The basic of succession.

相続の対象となる遺産は、土地建物や預貯金などといったいわゆるプラスの遺産ばかりではありません。個人の借金などマイナスの遺産もその対象となるのを忘れてはいけません。

　First of all, the heir succeed to the land, the building and the account. The heir may not forget that you succeed to the estate including obligation.
