登記の申請書に押印すべき者が外国人であり、その者の印鑑につき市町村長の作成した証明書を添付することができない場合等の取扱いについて（通達）

第３ 日本の公証人等の作成した証明書

外国人の署名につき本国官憲の作成した証明書の添付をもって、市町村長の作成した印鑑証明書の添付に代えることができる場合において、
In the case, about the foreigner’s sign attach the own country’s the authorities make the certificate may substitute the mayor of the municipality make the seal certificate.
当該外国人の本国の法制上の理由等の真にやむを得ない事情から、当該署名が本人のものであることの本国官憲の作成した証明書を取得することができないときは、
If the foreigner’s own countries legislative reason and the like, the foreigner can’t get the own country’s the authorities make the certificate,
the foreigner may substitutable.
その旨の登記の申請書に押印すべき者の作成した上申書及び当該署名が本人のものであることの日本の公証人または当該外国人が現に居住している国の官憲の作成した証明書の添付をもって、資料村長の作成した証明書に代えることができる。
The foreigner make the petition papers and the foreigner’s sign is identification by Japanese notary or the foreigner place of residence the authorities.
